Fortunately, there are many ways to take care of your natural hair before, during and after your workout sessions. You just need to pay attention to your hair by giving it the time and attention it needs. 1. Understand your hair type
The key to managing your hair properly is to first understand your hair structure and how it reacts to different conditions. People with natural hair have different hair structures/types ranging from type 1 to type 4. These structures determine the susceptibility of your hair to shrinkage, wetness and swelling.
